how does kink bondage tape come into play then? im so glad you asked....
it all started at a hair show in vegas... I was there for a large international hairshow
(you know back in the day when one could have the freedoms to travel to ... wait for it..a different country)
I was so lucky to be watching Kevin Murphy himself for some splendid hair art on stage and this tape came up in conversation. He and his assistant had pre-done a model with this tape built into her hair and they shared their story & the crowd had a good laugh over it.
the beauty of this is it sticks to itself and not the hair(or skin or otherwise)
so I took notes...
Later that night my friends and I, whom I must mention are A beautiful mother/ daughter team, and so fun to travel with, got settled into our hotel
We opened the curtains and what was staring at us from a few miles away? Yep an adult megastore in flashing neon lights. It was a sign. Quite literally
I looked at them and said “ get your purses we are going on a walk” off we went slightly
( a lot) off the strip and went on a supply mission.
Needless too say half the fun in this post is reminiscing on that adventure In Vegas. none of it having to do with neither of them being comfortable with my Shenanigans and one of them being a minor at the time.
Of course I came home with kink tape! and this is the hair portion of the program
it works so well for avant- grade ponytails and securing braids with something a little more extra than an elastic
Up up and away... my gracious client let me play and bend and twist and work this kink tape into her hair. it gave great height as well an added touch of some flair to an everyday style
Not that you would necessarily want to wear it in your hair but nice to have options
